I appreciate and understand that a real estate purchase is likely to be the most expensive thing that we will ever purchase and that deserves the highest level of service and attention.
What that service means to me is that you are never left wondering; “What are the next steps?” “How long do we have for inspections to be performed?” “What is the best way to handle inspection repairs?” Or “What do we do if the property does not appraise?” All of these are real and valid concerns that we discuss ahead of time so that we as a team can navigate through the process. I always make sure my clients are well equipped with information to make informed decisions. I deliver transparency and a complete open line of communication with promptly returned phone calls and expert advice throughout the whole process.
